Marthoma College of Management and Technology was established in 2005 as a full-fledged business school. The College has ‘Minority Educational Institution’ status granted by the National Minority Commission for Educational Institutions, Government of India. MCMAT offers MBA program affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University, recognised by the Government of Kerala and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

The two year MBA program is conducted in four semesters and offers a wide range of specializations. The AICTE has approved an additional intake from 2012. The College has been consistently performing in both academic as well as placements. The national ‘B’ – School Surveys have placed MCMAT as one among the top 5 institutions in Kerala and top 25 institutions in South India. MCMAT has national and international level linkages with industries and educational institutions.

MCMAT has a number of programmes including on-the-job training with reputed corporates like Times of India and a strong industry- institutions networking for mentoring of students by leaders in industries and organizations to enrich the University curriculum. A strong team of faculty members with academic, industry experience and consultancy activities had helped MCMAT to grow into a consistently highly rated B-School in surveys of Business Today (2012), India Today (2012), Business World (2012), Business India (2012) at ‘A+’ level, The Week (2012) and The Pioneer Daily at ‘A+’ Level (2012). The College is placed among the top 5 of Kerala State and top 25 B-Schools of South India. Our students are highly motivated, high achievers and good team players and could get placed in leading multinationals and corporates like Ernest & Young, Royal Bank of Scotland, State Bank of India, Reliance Industries, Saint Gobain, HSBC, South Indian Bank, Bajaj Electricals, Volkswagon etc.
